I’ve spent 12 years in talent acquisition doing a job I was genuinely good at, and watching it get done wrong everywhere I looked.

Candidates ghosted. Hiring managers left unprepared. Small businesses growing fast with no real recruiting function and no idea how much it was costing them in bad hires and missed opportunities.

I knew how to fix it. I just kept fixing it for other people’s companies.

My deepest roots are in multi-location healthcare and DSO hiring. But I’ve recruited across industries my whole career. Clinical roles and creative roles. Operations and leadership. I started The Talent Grove because I believe hiring should feel human on both sides of the table. I bring strategy, empathy, and a whole lot of real-world experience to every search, and I show up for my clients the same way I want their future employees to show up for them.
