Why I named it The Talent Grove.

I want to tell you why I named it The Talent Grove.

A grove isn’t one tree. It’s many, rooted together, sharing the same ground, growing stronger because of what’s underneath.

The roots are the whole thing. You can have a beautiful canopy and still fall over if the roots aren’t there.

That’s what I believe about hiring. The people you bring in aren’t just employees. They’re roots. They either hold things together or they don’t, and that comes down to whether you planted them in the right place to begin with.

12 years of TA taught me that most businesses rush to fill a seat. The best ones take the time to find the right person for the right soil.

That’s all I do. That’s all I’ve ever wanted to do.

Where talent takes root. 🌱
